Using this site

These terms cover your use of ossmark.media. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the site is

The site describes our services and lets you request information or book a call. It isn't an offer or a contract. If we work together, we'll sign a separate written service agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Results

We write about results and guarantees in plain terms on the site, but the full terms of any guarantee, including what counts, what's required of you, and how it's measured, are in the service agreement and are reviewed with you on a call before you sign. Results depend on many things we don't control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, your capacity, and how quickly you follow up with leads. We can't promise a specific result for any business.

Booking a call

A booked call is a conversation, not a commitment. We may decline to work with a business if we don't think we can serve it well. We may also reschedule or cancel a call.

Your information

You agree that what you give us is accurate and that you're allowed to give it. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, submitting false or spam information, scraping it, or using it to break the law.

Our content

The site's text, design, logo, and graphics belong to Ossmark Media or are used with permission. You may view the site for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Third-party services

The site uses services such as Cal.com for booking. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ossmark Media isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site, or for lost profits or lost business. This section doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
